All our coffees have an SCA score higher than 85 upon importation. Our goal is to introduce as many peopleas as possible to the incredible diversity and aromatic complexity of coffee. Some are floral, others fruity or full-bodied. Each of our coffees has been imported and processed for a reason: a characteristic that makes it unique.

The ratings are established by Q graders (during importation, and then after roasting by Charity, a Q grader) according to the strict criteria of the SCA

We highlight new processes in one or multiple stages of the coffee's life: carefully selected terroir, cultivation, sorting, fermentation, processing... We import our coffee from innovatives farms with unique expertise.

Being particularly sensitive to the environmental and social issues in coffee-production countries, our coffees come from farms that respect the Earth and the people who work it.
